    Returns of any product are not entertained, for any reason.

    Replacements are accepted for defective or faulty products within 5 days of product delivery.

    Replacement Process

    MyGamingPC takes pride in extensive quality checks for each component that goes into your dream PC.

    In the unfortunate event that your PC faces any issue, you can contact us within 5 days of product delivery and we would help you resolve the issue on call.

    In case the diagnosis fails to identify the issue, we would need you to ship the system to us so we can identify and fix the issue or arrange a replacement,

    Beyond 5 days after product delivery, you will need to contact the respective brand for the particular component for the RMA process.
